Wedding Discos


It always surprises me that a Bride and Groom will often push the boat out financially for their wedding day. They will arrange their Marriage at a local and quaint Church, the Bride will buy a beautiful and very expensive Wedding Dress, a beautiful & large bespoke Wedding Cake will be ordered, they will hire antique or special cars at great cost to transport them from church to venue, they will usually hire a respected wedding photographer to supply some photographs and an album to provide them with some memories of their special day, and they will spend an absolute fortune on their Reception Venue and Meal, but, and usually as a last resort, they will frequently look for a budget mobile disco to supply the entertainment for this, their special day. As the evening entertainment for your special day is likely to last in excess of four hours and it is very likely that the main body of the guests will be present during this part of your day, does it not seem as a false economy to rely on a budget DJ to supply the entertainment for this very important part of your once in a lifetime special day? Can you really afford to trust your entertainment for your special day to a DJ who does not supply a written contract or terms and conditions and who then may be persuaded to let you down should an opportunity to earn more money become available.

A written contract and the taking of a booking fee protects both parties, and I would advise that any reputable and reliable mobile DJ would require both prior to confirmation of the booking.

Vibrant Sounds specialise in Wedding Discos and will liaise closely with both the Bride and Groom and the venue to ensure that your requirements for your special day can be met, and to this end a prior visit to the venue and a personal meeting with the Bride and Groom within the two weeks prior to the event is included in the quoted price. This ensures that personal tastes and event timings can be discussed and confirmed to enable your event to run smoothly and as fully planned, and allows the PAT and PLI certificates to be given to the venue.

I will ensure that all your musical tastes will be taken into account and that any specific likes will be included and dislikes will be excluded. I also welcome requests from your guests during the event and will endeavour to incorporate them into the evening's entertainment at a suitable time.

Vibrant Sounds will supply the required amount of sound and lighting equipment to ensure that your guests will be able to enjoy themselves fully, although volume levels in the early part of the evening will be kept subdued to allow the guests to talk comfortably and interact with each other as required, these levels will rise during the evening as your guests participate more in the physical social aspects of the evening (dancing and drinking) and less in talking.
